Introduction
Md. Jamal Hossain, known as Sheikh Jamal, is a four-time Mr. Bangladesh champion — his first national title came at the 2020 BABBF National Bodybuilding Championship, where he represented Gulshan’s Shah Muscle Chargers club, and he took the 2025 title as well.
He won the 85+kg class and the overall crown at BD Muscle Show 2025, an event organised by Flymax Fitness Studio, where he serves as chief trainer. He has also served as head trainer at Future Fitness.
